Installation not Done, not the money and also violated consumer right (Not Providing right information):
I have applied for a BroadBand Connection on 10th DEC when i guy (Sabyasachi: Ph No.9903451251) came from Airtel to Collect the Documents and also took Rs7788 for installation of the Broadband Connection. The person assured that the connection will be set up in next 10 days. After waiting for 10 days when i called them they always asked the time, give me 3 more days and the connection Incharge (Mr. Nihal Ph. No. 9831837823) never pivked the phone. One day when sabyasachi took the phone i said that provide me a valid reason or refund my money. I waited and till now no response nad i didnt got my money back. My Airtel Ref No. TK0100901000782A (Date when he took the phone 28th Dec). Now when i call the connection incharge he didnt picks th phone and the person who took the connection always says that i will talk to senir and till now no response an also didnt got my money back. Due to this i had lost many work related jobs and had got loss of money with loss of time. My mom remains ill and there also i am facing problem in intimating to the doctors through mail as they have refferred to mail me the problems.
I would like to request you to look into the matter and provide me justice advance Rental money and loss of money due to loss of time and jobs
