airtel customer care persons are very irresponsible, they give only complaint number, they dont resolve my problem since one month.i went to airtel office many time for cancilation of my connection.they dont disconnect my connection, they send the bill of this period and this is useless for me to payeing the bill.
i have a airtel broadband connection which number is 0522-4065196.
i call to airtel customer care 4444121 on 22 january for cancilation, then they give me complaint number 303994 ant told that in 7 working days my connection will be disconnected.but after 7 days my connection is still running then again i called to 4444121 then they again gave me a complaint number
119810890 and told in 7 days my connection will disconnected.but my connection is running till now.

these are complaint number given by airtel customer care.but my problem is not resolved.
on 11 feb i called to airtel nodal office 0522-4007499 to mr Pramod, then he also told me that in 72 hours my rental will be closed and in next 7 days my connection is disconnected, but nothing is happen.
when today i called him then he told me that is not my work my work is only forwarding your request to customer care.
sir please resolve my problem as soon as possible, because i am paying unwanted bill to airtel.
