Wrong comittment from Airtel

This is the letter to Nodal office of Airtel, Bangalore

To whomsoever it may concern,

I had applied for a new Airtel connection with your staff in Banglore. After a discussion, I was told that the connection would be set up within 10 days. First time when I applied my application got rejected saying that no feasibility. I stay in Kormagala first block.

Second time after 15 days again another airtel person had called me and said he has done all the feasibility check and port verification and he found that port is available also he has promised me this time I will get the connection. He has seen my first rejected application.

After 10days of second application airtel person says that there is an approval still pending and hence no work can start. On asking how long it will take, he says that at times it takes a month to get the connection. On trying to contact him again to further discuss this, my call was continuously being rejected from his side.

My question is if that if it takes such a long time, why we received the FALSE commitment of 10 days and above that if there were approvals pending?

Also Why airtel executive has taken my second application and the money even after knowing that first time application is rejected.

Airtel Broadband is NOT showing true professional behavior. Why Aitel is giving such false commitments?

I request to not retract from the commitment made and provide me the connection ASAP as per your commitment. I stay in kormanagla teachers colony and i don't see any reason for you not to enhance the existing ports.

Please do the needful asap.

Name is MADHUSOODHANA

First time application number - TBLR0022128 collected by Rajesh (mobile - 9738824075)

Second time application number - TBLR0076909 (collected by Arun - 9740990949, this person has given me commitment saying that airtel will issue the connection this time, He said he verified the port and feasibility.)

I have raised the customer care complaints but they haven't resolved my case properly- they are closing the call without giving me the proper answer. ticket number is 30008604 and 30191422
