Unhappy with Airtel Customer Conversation

Airtel,

I am not happy the way the Airtel Customer care people communicated with me.

I had called the customer care number 08044444121 twice, first i requested for the email Airtell broad band bill and airtel login activation.

First guy told he will send me the details to my email id within minutes and still not yet received, and also for the airtel login pasword details he told me will send in 15mins, still not receieved.

When i called second time the other guy did not even speak with me properly and cut the call..

What is this??? is this the way to behave with the customers??? cut the call and not speak with the customers... Very rude... i just hate this...
