Negligence and defeciency in service

The company BhartiAirtel received Rs.8000/- vide Cheque from me and its representatives stated that I will have 12 months free internet . i was informed that a sum of rs.832 shall be payable towards taxes. In the month of march and April the company raised bills of Rs.8832 and 9000 respectively and included late fees claiming that I have not paid the Rs.8000/- which they encashed in february. I insisted that a proper bill has to be first issued before I pay. They convince me to pay a sum of Rs.832 in March. and thereafter they raised yet another false bill in april. I have given numerous complaints on Phone by dialling 121 and also by visiting customer relationship centre II at T nagar Chennai. The staff at these cetntres are rude and treat you like accused people without any care. the negligence and mistake is on them yet they disconnected te line on May 14. Repeated request to send a proper bill has not yet been answered and they have not yet connected my broad band. The telephone number is 044-43039192 and broad band was taken to do urgent work from home. The whole object is defeated. I feel cheated by the company. Even a sum of rs.5, 00, 000/- as com-pensation would not set right the damage caused to me. The callers including my parents and inlaws feel that I am not capable of paying my telephone bills. The insulting situation has arisen only because of gross defeciency in service and reckless attitude to set right the problem.
