Issue of Airtel Broad band services

Dear Sir/Madam

Sub: Complaint on Airtel Broadband.

We are having the Airtel braodband connection at New Delhi.

Number is 011 - 46548766. Its sin the Name of Prince Singla.

Ticket No. - 33305178

123, Pocket-5, Mayur-Vihar - Phase-1, Delhi- 110091

I am existing Airtel broadband user from the past 4 years & already facing issue with the telephone line and slow internet speed for the past 15 days. And regarding this I logged an complaint to Airtel Broadband helpline for 5 times. Again and again they always give me a new ticket no. and ever since and everyday they promise me it'll be done by the end of the day, for this After logging 4 complaints for the same issue, all closed without any technician reaching my place. Nothing has been done in this regard till date. No one has got back to me. Its been over 15 days now, Airtel employees keep lying, their superiors never answer their phone. And this is not the first time, even the same type of issue had come earlier during transfer of internet connection. I thought it a waste to talk to them. I need a concerned person to the matter and solve the problem

I REALLY FEEL VERY BAD ABOUT AIRTEL INTERNET CONNECTION.
