Hi,

I am a resident of Gugaon and have been using Airtel Broadband services since a couple of years. This year in the month of Jan a gentleman from Airtel calls me up and offers FREE Online Gaming option. I declined the offer, however he still insisted and reinstated that the service was for free and collected my Acccount number and created an account at his end. I still refused to use the service. After a couple of days I received Airtel's Bill and found that they had charged me 199.00 extra. I called up their customer services for waiver of the charges and removal of the said service from my account. They promised to do the same. till date they have not done any thing about it.

I have called Airtel several times, have emailed they several times still they refuse to resolve.

They have sent me a bill of 3098 till July and have disconnected my connection (On July 15 - 2010).

I want them to remove

199 x 6 = Rs 1194.00

100 x 6 = Rs 600.00 (Late Fee which happed due to they fault)

Total of Rs 1794 from 3098 and resolve the issue

Second concern after disconnection on 15 July they have send me a bill for August as well.

Now a total of 4139 rupees
