Did not get my refund

I applied for a Airtel Connection in the Anna nagar branch on mid june and was promissed that i will get a connection in 3 days and it was about a month time and still i did not get the connection and i had to call them and go to the Airtel office and file a complain several time and still the same, and i got fustrated and had to request for a refund but still now i have not got the refund for 2000
