I have requested for my Broadband & airtel line to disconnct on Oct 16th w.e.f immediately. I have called many times to Airtel Customer Care and also mailed to '[email protected]'; '[email protected]' but I could see it is still ACTIVE and also bill amount is getting increased month by month.
I have been provided a Ticket No 1243175 followed by Complaint No 39640792 but no action yet. I am really afarid that later on they will harass me by their recovery agent...! Could you please help me to get this line disconnected and get the full & final bill until oct 16th so that i can pay and get rid of it. My AirTel No is 011-43017313.
