I was using Airtel BroadBand connection. In jul'10 I asked them to disconnect the connection as I don't need that anymore. But they didn't disconnected and asked me to use it for one month (free of cost). They said from next it will be disconnected automatically. But it didn't, and they keep on generating bills. I called up many a times to their call centers and mailed them as well, but of no use.
In the month of November one of their representative came to me and asked me, if I want to have reconnection. I said OK, but only if you waive off my fraudulent bill generated from Jul to Nov. He said it will be waived but you have to pay Rs. 200 as reconnection charges and it will be activated from now. But it didn't got activated now whenever I call hi he didn't pick up the phone. I even called at Airtel customer care and written mails to them but no action has been taken yet. I am not able to find the address of the person's office who cheated me on behalf of airtel. My Airtel no. is 011-45022969.
