Dear Sir
I am a paid costumer of Airtel Broadband service since last month (15nov) and the connection was working good in the first week. But i am regret to tell that on 26nov at 4:30pm approx I found that my downloading speed has been disabled and after an hour I found my connection dead. So I registered a complaint by dialing to customer care number. He ensure me to solve the problem within 24 hours. But the problem was not solved. Thus after two days I again talked to the customer care and asked for the actual problem, but he was unable to tell me the problem and advised me to visit the customer care center near my residence.
So after 7 days I went there and registered a new complaint and asked for the problem then he said that this connection is bared from Delhi by mistake and advised me to wait for 2 days. And now the condition is too poor, in the center (at Ganga Nagar, Meerut) everyone is ignoring me and my problem. I was provided 4 service request reference no.they are :

Actually, I am a web designer and started a new project which is very important for me and my carrier. But due to this problem I have to suffer a lot and have to spend my money and time in cyber cafe.
So its my humble request to take necessary action and provide me that service for which I have actually paid because you are my last hope.
