My name is joginder pal and i have been using air tel broadband since last 2 months.
Myself really unhappy with airtel broadband connection it is really giving so much headache to me. No proper person is responsible. when ever i call they said all lines to this route are busy. i have tried this thousands of times. when i call the sales executive personally he answers that your problem will be solved but the remains like that. I thought it a waste to talk to them. I need a concerned person to the matter and solve the problem.
Extremely dissatisfied with air tel broadband customer service.
They really need to employ more employees.
