False commitments and cheated customers by Airtel / Broadband

I have taken Airtel broadband connection based on their good given commitments for 10 computers vide Airtel A/c No. 16169536 with Land line connection no. 42021869. Everything went good in first two months, from third month onwards they started to disconnect for 10 computers. they are restricting for only one computer. when we have made complaint to the concerned the technical person came to our premises and he told us the higher authorizations has restricted to only one computer. then immediately we raised questions like why airtel people has given wrong commitments, if they have given wrong commitments why they have allowed for first two months to use for 10 computers. Even they took rs. 1000/- as security deposit at the time of taking connection as refundable amount. Now they are saying it as activation charges. is this the way airtel / broadband is dealing with the customers? it is clearly saying airtel/broadband is cheating by making wrong/false commitments to the customers. I request all people who wants to take airtel / broadband connection don't go for them. Initially to get a connection they'll give assurances whatever we ask after two months they will start harassing by not fulfilling the commitments what they have made in the initial stages.
