No bills are being deliverd from past 6 months and no proper response to the mails asking for clarification

I've been using Airtel Broadband services from 2007. Now, from past six months they stopped sending bills (No E-Bill or Paper Bills). I've continued to pay the rent over the internet.

After this I initiated an email communication with the Airtel Customer Support. For which I had no response for more than a week, after followup and CCing Nodal Officer ([email protected]) responded saying they have sent the bills to my email ID. Though no emails with E-Bills were delivered to my email ID so far. And no corrective measures has been taken care by Airtel to fix this issue that I'm aware of. Also, they have failed to answer to my request to attach the e-mail containing e-bills to my request instead of sending it separately.

I followed up this issue again, but kept receiving the same answer stating the following -

* They can not process the bills beyond past 4 months

* They have sen the e-bill to my email ID

Following questions were not answered even after several follow up so far -

* What corrective action has been taken to fix the issues?

* Why the E-Bills are not delivered to me as claimed by Airtel?

Can someone here in this forum give me some guidance as to what are the laws that would protect consumer right in the above mentioned case and how can I proceed to get my bills delivered to right address (e-mail or paper bill).
