I was having broadband connection of 1 MBps unlimited plan of INR 900 (Tel no - 04042018296) per month till nov. In dec 1st week I requested them to stop the service. After that there was no Internet connection. I don't remember the request number as there was no internet connection after that.
But they sent me bill for months of dec to march of totaly different plan of INR 275 per month. And other service charges added become around INR 350 per month. I don't know what plan is that & why they were charging me.
Many times there tele callers called me for bill payment. Everytime I told them the fact that there should be no charge. And they used to tell me that they will check & get back. They never get back. Again another person from another number call & same conversation goes on. It has happened many times in jan-may.
They are harassing me mentally & now they have sent a legal notice asking for extra INR 500.
Earlier I thought its their mistake & they will resolve it, so I did nothing. But now its too much & have lodged a complain no. 47659964.
I am ready to go to even consumer court. Its not matter of INR 1458 500, which I can pay easily. Its matter of honesty, false bill & harassing customers mentally. To hide their employee mistake, they are asking me to pay bill for service which I never used.
