I am airtel customere with landline number 07314035875. When I got airtel I asked for rs 599 plan with 1mb n 4gb download limit. After few days I called customer service I to activate isd it got activated and during that call only I asked the officer to change my internet plan from next month to 1mb unlimited on he said it will cost 1100 taxes. I told him to activate it. He said its been done and request has been made. Today after more than a month I got my bill of rs 2500 and saying its still on the same plan as before of 599 with 4gb limit. And customer service are saying we can't do anything its your fault.
Call center supervisor cant do anything they dnt have power to waiver off bills. They just gave me appelette authority and nodal officers number that's it.
And ya one more thing this month my landline got dead atleast 5 times and once it was interchanged with someone elses number and when I told call centre supervisor I m not gng to pay for these days he said ok that's fine. So can I calculate those days n deduct money accordingly.
Bad for all the consumers that thr isn't any other landline n broadband provider except for usless bsnl and bossy airtel.
