I had registered a complaint (request no. 48575636), 10 days ago by visiting the airtel centre in person, for the router problem due to which the wi-fi connection is v.weak. I was promised that the problem would be resolved within 10 working hours, and the technical team would visit the premises.
Till date, there is no response through any visit or on phone. The phone no given by your employee- 4285144 does not respond and when i called up one of your technical team manager, Ajay Kulshreshtha (9755040601), he tried to misbehave instead of acknowledging the problem.
We have submitted the yearly payment in the name of Omen drugs, customer id- 310655; phone - 0755-4261796. in advance already. It is really very dissappointing and worst service we have ever come across, and we thereby wish to withdraw the connection from our company.
We have other additional connections of airtel which we wish to withdraw if you fail to probe into the matter and solve our problem, as it is impossible for us to visit the centre every now and then to complain.
