Disconnected from 15 days

My Landline and Broadband services are not working from 15 days, have called the helpdesk mulitple time, have written to even Nodal office but no one has yet turned over to resolve the issue and I keep getting misleading emails suggested the issue is fixed. (Land line no. 42073266)
