Hi,
I got a call from Airtel customer care saying that they are upgrading their website from 9th to 19th July and suggested that they will send a person to collect the same.
My wife paid Rs 1300/- to that person and collected the receipt. After one week got a call from the same customer care saying that they haven't received the payment and I explained and gave the invoice number and that lady made a note and said thanks.
Now I got a message saying that to make the payment immediately to enjoy continued service and got this months bill for 2608. I'm very unhappy with the way they work.
