Scam- Internet service not activated after taking registration fee

I had taken an airtel broadband connection in April and paid Rs 500 but my service was not activated as i was later told that Airtel doesnt have internet connectivity in my building. this money was promised to be reimbursed also, but i have still not recieved that amount.
