I have been using airtel broadband since 4 years with number 040-40155301.Recently i have requested my residence and raised a request regarding shifting of connection on 04/09 and i have been told it will be soon, when i called back the customer care on 07/09 they said it will be done in 10 working days. Then i opted for cancellation of my connection and the request was raised on 09/09, later i got a call from customer care from chennai and bangalore and modified my plan and made request for continuation of service and i accepted the same. Again when i persistently calling the customer service fir the transfer of my connection they took a fresh request and informed me that it will be done on 10/09 by 7pm. When i called back the customer service on 10/09 in the evening they again informed me that connection cancellation request is in process and they cannot transfer the connection i requested to cancel completely. On 11/09 again i received a call stating the transfer of my connection then i told them that i have been misleaded by the customer care people and i completely opted for the cancellation. Now i have been not using my connection since 05/09 and i received a bill for the month. When i called the customer care they told that my cancellation request has been taken on 09/09 and still they have not closed which is really embrassing i have been calling the customer care and still my cancellation request has not been done and i have been charged for the same. I am really dissatisfied by the way AIRTEl is treating their valuable customers. KIndly do the needful in this regard
