I have a Airtel Broadband connection numbered 080-452062324, Account Number - 13882621 since the last 3 year.
Recently on June 30th I changed my residence and thereby requested for a transfer of the same above mentioned connection.
The connection was restored on 14 Aug.
Subsequently I received a bill on September. but there was a mistake in the bill as the billing period was mentioned from 26-July to 25-Aug. As during this period I have not used the service of Airtel as it was not restored to my new residential address, I lodged a complain in Airtel Customer Care on 17-Sep.
The registered complaint number is 4228492 on 17-Sep. Since then every week I have been calling Airtel Customer Care for resolution of the problem but as of today also it has not been resolved.
I have even escalated this to your escalation department and was assured by Mr. Syed that this would be resolved within 2-3 days and I would be receiving call from your back office but till today no calls have been received by me.
I fail to understand how can it take Airtel to resolve any issue so long now that it is more than a month, This seems to be a question mark on the Competency and Integrity of your work.
I hope that Airtel becomes a little serious and addresses customer problems. I am sorry to say but off late Airtel Customer Care has become a joke and full of insensitive people who do not care to address customers problem.
During the period when my connection was not transferred I got calls from Airtel for new connection which they promised to install in the very next day, however when I reminded your customer care executives of my pending transfer request I was told it would take time, How is it possible that you can give new connection within a day or two but to transfer a connection you take more than a month. Is this not harassment of customers.
Please ensure good services to your customers who have been associated with you for long.
Hope that my problem would be looked into and resolved as soon as possible with high priority.
