It is to apprise you tha fact that the standard of customer services of airtel broadband has degraded to such an extent which is evident from the case enumerated below:
I have applied for broadband connection on 28th september. I had closed the existing connection of tata photon plus in anticipation of getting connection within 4 days as committed by the agent of Airtel after filling the form with application cost. Since 1st October till date I have not been provided connection inspite of registering complain every alternate day. I had made atleast 20 calls but no
solution was made available to me even after assuring me to provide
the same by each day evening. Even i talked to senior executives and higher designation person also of airtel
3 times and they made assurance to provide me the connection within 3
working days but so many working days had passed no connection has been given to me.
I had arranged the contanct no. of Sh. Surendra Kalra (Mob.
9871901465) by myself who looks after the connection of airtel
broadband in Indirapuram Ghaziabad area. He assured me the connection
within a day. Inspite of reminding him 2 times in early November the connection
was not installed.
I had also sent an email on 4th November to airtel but nothing moved.
To my surprise I got a call today from airtel that my 2 bills of broadband connection has been generated and i need to pay the bill.
With deep pain I am apprising you that i have really faced lot of
frustration while dealing with airtel staff and it is pathetic to note that customer service is now least priority of airtel.
