Cancellation of Airtel Broadband

Dear sir/madam,

I am drafting this mail with respect to the Airtel broadband connection i was using a couple of months ago. Due to the non-working of my internet connection I registered for a complaint for which I got a reply to my mobile is

"Your Service Request reference number for phone number ch1058599 tn is 8544900. We will get back to you by 08-Jan 15:48:15. This is an auto generated message. Please do not reply to this message."

After this complaint, A technician came after a week and checked the line and asked me to replace my modem saying it was having some fault.(Actually the modem was working fine, when i checked with my office internet)

Based on his suggestion, I bought a new modem which costs around 1000/-. And even after that, the issue was not resolved. Again i registered for a complaint and again a technician visited and again he checked the line and he went off... this was going on and on and on... and finally the person who popped out to fix the issue is Mr. Suresh - 9940571121.

He checked the line and fixed it and the reply he had given me is "The line was having some problem. And I fixed it, and henceforth your Internet connection will be stable".

And after 10 - 15 mins, it again started all over from the beginning, it was not working. Since i got Mr. Suresh contact number. I called him up and said the issue and again he did the same job. And again it was the same thing which i got from his service.

So I decided to stop using broadband and registered for a request with your customer care representative when they were calling me for the non-Payment of Broadband (for which I am not using actually). Since they were into collection department, they said it has been escalated to the respective department and I'd be getting call for the same.

And in the month of December A Senior official from Billing department apologized for the issue that has happened, and said she asked not to withdraw the connection, As she convinced me to change the Plan to Rs. 500/- and also said that she would refund the amount which i invested for modem. And after that, I didn't get any call for change of Plan rather getting 'n' number of calls for non-Payment of bill.

How can one pay for the thing which actually they were not using it?

So I am requesting you to cancel my Broadband connection and cancel my Outstanding amount.
