Dear Team
I have an airtel broadband connection number with my landline number 45511120 which is operational since past 5 year but on the 17 apr the services were de-activated. I have been following up from pillar to post and have talked to Mr Ramashankar. - floor manager on 24 apr and also talked to their nodal officer and aplet department besides several tele executives.
I have been given 6 different complaint numbers but all attempts are failing, the height is that nobody is able to provide the exact reason for the same.
It has been highly frustrating and will approach the media and consumer court if the service are not activated.
