Dear Sir/ Madam
Humbly requested that I have requested for airtel broadband connection last year & I got reply from airtel end, that my area's switch is faulty. so, connection could not be installed. But from jan-12, I am receiving regular bills for the same against A/c No.-7005308484. & in April-12 i have also got a letter for issuing legal notice for pending amount payment & no broad band conection is installed on my home address.
After many complaints i have not got any positive solution/reply from airtel.
I request you to please look in to the matter, provide resolution at earliest.
