Not able to transfer connection

I requested airtel to transfer my broadband connection when i changed my house from Outram Lines Delhi to Brij Vihar Ghaziabad. The last bill was paid on Dec 16 and the very same day an application to transfer the connection was given to them. till today (i.e. May 11) they have not transfered the connection. Instead they are sending SMS that you have a certain amount as an outstanding bill. Now they have assumed at their own that i want to cancel the connection, and now it has been disconected.

I would like to draw attention that AIRTEL is now haressing their customers.
