Hi,
I had cancelled my broadband connection with airtel on Feb 16th. On April 2nd I received a bill for the month of march. I had not used thier internet at all, as I had cancelled it. So I called up the customer care on April 5th asking them about the bill. They told me that a reactivation was done on my account. I told them that I had NOT requested for any reactivation and they adjust my bill amount. They are not responding to it, and also they are sending agents at my place, where currently by old parents reside. My airtel landline number is 022-40037125. My latest complaint number is 31463894.
