I have submitted a cancellation request for my airtel broadband connection on 21st November and submitted the modem and telephone to airtel office (splendid towers, hyderabad) on 25th November. Reference number for submission of cancellation is 008681. I have paid the remaining of the bill, final settlement on 13th Dec for rupees 698/- through online which seems exactly the bill generated on pro-rata basis.
I have started receiving the bills on my old address, which I came to know lately and when I have contacted Airtel. They made my life miserable everytime I talk to them or mail them, they issue a fresh ticket everytime for resoulution.
I have submitted the modem and telephone on 25th Nov and reference number for that given by Airtel is 008681 and paid the remaining of the bill. I dont understand when they will solve the problem.
Points to be noted:
Airtel says there is a request for retaining the connection, dont know how they got the request, as I left Hyd on 25th Nov.
I have submitted the modem and telephone on 25th Nov, which itself means cancellation of service, They came-up with a version that they have received the cancellation request only on Dec 7th. Does submission of modem and telephone doesnt mean cancellation?? (however I have given a cancellation request 1st on 21st Nov and then only submitted the instruments).
