I have contacted the Senior Lead Officer -CSD Sri Amogh K of your Calicut Brach for the purpose of Inter Net – Broad Band connection as aforesaid and accordingly your staff visited the site and agreed to provide the connection. It is requested to provide a application form duly filled, address proof and a cheque for Rs 699/- towards the fee. All those papers were filed then and there and it was agreed to provide the connection on the said day ie 31-5. Unfortunately you have not turned up to provide the connection even after several enquires were made by me for this purpose. It is very unfortunate and shocking to see that there was no positive response from your side. Later on your Senior Lead Officer on my phone call it was replied that you are not in a position to provide the connection without assigning any reason. The proposed site for the connection is with in the Calicut (Kerala State) city and there is no difficulty for any body to provide the connection. Your advertisement and the propaganda made it very clear that connection will be given with out any delay has no meaning and you are in fact cheating the poor customers like me. I have spent my valuable time believing your words and there is absolutely no justification for not giving the connection. I have sustained huge loss and mental agony due to the Unfair Trade practice and delay in providing the service and the deficiency of service on your part as aforesaid. As a customer I will be constrained to approach the Consumer forum for the appropriate relief’s unless the compensation of Rs 25, 000/- is given to me with in 10 days of receipt of this notice along with the cheque and other papers you have collected from me
