Every time Airtel is creating a new reference number but not taking any action.

I have closed my old connection (0120-4236615) on December with all pending payments But still I am receiving bills for that. Reference mail is given below. Today I got a call from customer care again for the same connection and executive used very rude and abusive language and warn me for legal action. If this is the case then I can also put this issue in consumer forum for the harassment of the customer.
This is to bring to your notice that as an Airtel customer I am highly dissatisfied with the working of customer care. I am using Airtel broadband connection and it was not working since last 12 days. Even after repeated calls to the customer care the problem is still unresolved. I talked to the customer care executive, supervisor and senior supervisor. All of them assured that the problem will get resolved but it’s not resolved yet. After multiple follow ups also no one came to attend the problem. This is really very frustrating and to add to this I have been kept on hold for 40-50 minutes daily every time I called.
I have been user of Airtel since 9 years and the experience I had recently is the worse. This issue got resolved yesterday but this was the worst service I ever got. I had to make approx 14 calls to customer care for this issue.
