Airtel had offered a deduction of Rs 1000 from my internet bill for the month of april.. this was offered after i had logged my intention to disconnect the internet connection because the speed of 2mbps for 30gb data transfer as per the plan was not delivered on a regular basis... now after i decided to continue with the connection specifically due to the guarantee of deduction of Rs 1000 and 20% discount on the bill for three consecutive months..this has not been fulfilled after repeated complaints to the airtel helpline though couple of days back which was almost after a month they did deduct the bill form Rs 1459 to Rs 897 ..yet it is still short of the sum of Rs 1000 which i sate again was "guaranteed". i called up airtel helpline today also and they have again deferred their commitment... this is a case of harassment to customers..who are served the bill that needs to be paid dot on time but what about the commitments that airtel had offered on its own accord. the various complaint no. are (a) 15363400 (b) 15508092 (c) 15568524 (d) 15576708 (e) 15577404 and the latest being (f) 15956914.
