Extra Payment for no connection

Hi,

I was using Airtel broad band connection in my old address from long time and request for connection shifting to my new address on 7th feb and they disconnected my connection from my old address on same day but never provided connection to my new address.

And when ever I called customer care, they said they will shift in some time, as some technical issue is their and they will revert back feb month charges in my next bill.

In march they said its not possible to provide connection to your new premises so I request them to disconnect it. but they send me bill for feb month and said without paying this bill we can close your account and Now I am getting call from recovery department.

I have raised this issue to Nodel ([email protected]) as well apellate ([email protected]) office also, but no reply at all, and feels like cheated and helpless.

Please help me on this issue.
