For the last 2 month my net is not working properly, form last 2 weeks it has stopped working, my landline is dead for 2 weeks. Everytime I lodge a complain your engineers respond to the call but in the end the problem persists. Every month I am paying the airtel bills as per my plan but for the last 2 months but I am unable to use my broadband nor my landphone. Today I have received a message from airtel that my problem is solved, but reality is nothing has been done not even a engineer has visited my site. Please explain how can you send such a message??? I have also complained in [email protected]
