Dear Sir,

Myself Farooq Ahmad, a software professional running my own software business in Lucknow-UP. I am using Airtel Broadband connection since Jun and paying my monthly bills on time. Now I am shifting to a new location in the same city and need Airtel service to relocate my connection to this new location. In this regard, I had placed online request to customer care (Request No.: 1641310), but Airtel technical team are refusing my request and saying that we are unable to shift your broadband connection to your new location due to line is choked, while a broadband connection is already running on the same location. It is own by my new location landlord (landload name: Mr. P D Pandey, Broadband Id: 4017726). I had provided my landload broadband id to customer care as reference to locate the address and connection availability for my shifting, but Airtel Technical team are rigid to not shift my broadband connection to my new location.

To get the real picture of connection availability on my new location, I just send an online request to Airtel for new broadband connection, and it is shocking to me that they are ready to provide new connection on the same location where they had already refuses my shifting requests. When they come to my house to collect documents for new broadband connection, I just discuss my shifting issues that were conveyed from technical team, and then they are saying that new connection is possible but shifting is not possible. It is again shocking to me, why this kind of practice uses from Airtel. It is totally unfavorable to customer. Now if I am going to get new broadband connection they are paying 300/- more for the same plan (my current plan is a unlimited 2mbps speed for 699/-, according the new connection the same plan will be for 999/-).

Now my first question is why Airtel is not shifting my broadband connection, and ready to provide new connection with the same plan for the same location. I think, they are trying to increase my monthly bill changes. My second question is if shifting is not possible due to line chocked, then why the line is not giving any problem for new connection.
