I have been using Airtel broad band connection from past few years and there were no major issues till now. The minor issues being promptly solved during a days turnaround time.
But from past one week the phone has been dead and internet has been not working. I had raised a request with call center with request id 44988684.Till now i have seen the most worst customer service ever. They simply dont seem to bother about how to resolve that.
Fed up, i raised a request for disconnection. The call center personnel said that she will send me a confirmation mail. But till now i havent got any such mail..
Airtel customer service is not as good as it was in the past. Perhaps the management can take a clue from this if they want not to lose thier hard earned customer base from past.
