Airtel Broadband Services
Net not working since last three months

This is regarding A/C No 15553255 Broadband connectivity at Greater Noida. The Internet hasnt been working since april. After Repeated followups with your customer care.. the internet was still not working.

I can see regular follow up for bills (last three months) for the services that were never working. If this is the kind of service.

I would request you to terminate all the services as i am not at all satisfied with what is going ..
