One Mr Jagan from Airtel collected Rs.500/- from me on 16/11 for a broad band connection by way of cheque which was deposited and cleared by the bank. But, I am yet to get the connection ie., till 10/01. My application number is 1111916 dated 18/11. I had contacted Mr jagan many times but in vain. Finally broadband complaints cell and gave a complaint. They informed me that they are unable to give connection and the money will be refunded soon. But I neither get connection nor refund
