In http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/Airtel. In/Home/ForYou/Broadband Internet/Tariffs/ there is a drop down available to select the regions for broadband plans. I am currently living in Ghaziabad, so my region will be UP (west) and Uttrakhand. On selecting the mentioned region a list of broadband plans are shown. I wanted to switch my current plan (Turbo 1299 plan) to Home 599 plan, so I called the airtel customer care and requested them the same. They said that this plan cannot be given to me and Airtel website is not updated with the plans for Noida and Ghaziabad. There are more than 20, 000 Airtel broadband users in Noida and Ghaziabad. If the site is not updated with the plans for these regions then what is the use of that section. Refrence ID of my conversation with Ariel customer care is 117115462.
