Temporary deactivation of telephone and broadband connection

I will be out of India for six months from 1st april to 30th september. I will like to get my telephone (41737620) along with the broadband connection during the period mentioned above. It will be reactivated from 1st october. Will you help me in the process of deactivation and reactivation as I have mentioned above? Pl. mail me back about the procedure.
