Broadband service failure

We paid for airtel broadband service with landline connection on 1st of Feb and the concern Person assure us that it will be activated in 1 day but still in 10 days they are unable to provide us any service, and giving mere excuses we are daily wasting our time and money in just contacting them but they are not giving us any satisfactory response. We had a shared connection and my wife was using that for her job purpose because of the persusation of airtel representative we discontinued that connection and paid him for the new connection in advance but the service of the company is not satisfactory. we have lost our valuable time and my wife is unable to continue her job because of this. From last 9 days we are going through immense mental disturbance due to such bad service of Airtel.
