Harrasment at its worst

I have been getting repeated calls from Airtel harrasing me over the phone. My cousin who is out of the country seems to have an unsettled account with them. It turned out to be a lie when i called my cousin. I was told that the collegues of my cousin were also recieving such harrasing calls. I would like to raise to consumer court.
