Airtel broadband cancellation

I asked for the cancellation of airtel broadband

the said it wil take not more than 7 days

now it has been more than 15 days no sign of them.

they said all the item such as modem wire etc and more wil all be taken in 7 days

but no one came.

i want them to cancel my airtel connection asap.
