I had activated the daily rental 10 Rs per day internet (100 MB Max) on 17th July in my mobile to connect through laptop. My mobile no is: 9163927207
While I was surfing net, around 89 Rs were deducted from my account. So I called the customer care and told them about the situation. They told me that this problem would get resolve by 6:00 PM on 20th July. But neither I got any confirmation call from them nor my money back so I called them again on 20th July. Now they are telling that the deducted amount was correct because I surfed the net through 'Airtel Live'. I told them that I am damn sure that I have only accessed the net through my laptop and no one can access the internet from laptop/PC through 'Airtel Live'. Internet can only get connected through 'Mobile Office' from Laptop/PC. Additionaly the customer care guy was telling me that do whatever you want to do but we will not return your money back. So I told them that I will go to the consumer court and complaint against your organization.
Please look into this matter. The amount which got deducted is not too much but I want to learn them a lesson, so please help me.
