Bill coming even after connection cancellation

Hello,

Worst after services of Airtel broadband, i experienced this when i requested for cancellation of my airtel landline connection as i was shifting to another location.

when i asked airtel to shift my connection to new location they took almost more than a week (which is just a click away) to check whether this can be done or not, after a week or two they returned saying that this cannot be done then i ask them to please cancel my connection as i am no longer using it. i did everything from my end in the 1st week of may, but the airtel department did'nt took my complaint seriously though i have all request number's, interaction id's or ticket number's with me.

Result: They are not closing my connection and asking to pay all the rentals which are piled up due to their delay in processing my request and this rental is still increasing after my repeated complaints to airtel. and my connection is still working even after complaining for 4 months.

please suggest.
