Dear Sir,
I am a airtel consumer namely Umesh N Sahu, I had applied for a Wi-Fi connection at my place in the month of August, on 12th of August though connection was given but modem was not Wi-Fi, reason was given Wi-Fi modem was not available, they assured me that they will change it in a week time, now it has been more two months, I have been following up the same but every time they are making me fool by giving assurance that it will be changed by tomorrow, now I am fed up and undergoing frustration, pleases sort out the problem and help me out.
