Pathetic Service

I have bought this service from hosting seva, located in cox town bangalore - web hosting package about 3 months back since then i have been having problems with sites not working, data base problems and some times google emails problems.

When I spoke to that MD Padmasree Harish and her husband Harish Both said on to my face that they dont give refund, infact they dont even have a refund policy. And if you look at their site they dont even have terms and conditions page.

Every time i raise a complaint through email - they respond to that same mail after 2 or 3 days. And answer will be this "your site is working fine, please check sir". But before that past 2 days sites will not be working, they reply to mails only when the problem is solved. When I try to call then for real time support, i dont get any one on call, and Girish and Kumar employees of this firm even said to do what ever I can as they dont care about me or my complaints.

If you wnt to have nightmares and experience a pathetic service then try this company. Or if you want to test your own patience then this is a perfect solution.

Other wise stay away as far as possible from this company. CHEATERS, FRAUDSTERS, HOAX COMPANY etc etc...

If you are one of the customers who had bad experience then call me on 91 9900227835 - i will record everything you say, file a record and start a new website "SAY NO TO INTERNET WORLWIDE" - i dont mind spending few thousands on starting a new community site for all those people with bad experiences from these guys.

I am so pissed off that any thing I do is less, this company deserves a 100 sites - talking bad about their service. SO guys lets start a community against this companies.
