Airtel charging @ 6000 for extra 1g

Dear Sir

I am sending this mail again as the issue is unresolved so far (30/3) by the

mumbai appellate, so i am also requesting other Appellates to please intervene in

resolving the issue.

The problem is connected to my Airtel no 9892599998 having a bill of 13433

/-for feb.

(my normal bills are around 400/-)

(Also i am not in a position to afford it)

In january i activated Rs 98/2gb monthly gprs plan, the plan was easy to

understand in Rs and GBs.

Also the main reason i took this plan was because it was an affordable plan

for

me.

i was told that after 2gb its 30 paisa/ 50kb which wasn't very clear to me at

that time, on good faith i believed the charges to be on par with the Rs98/2gb

plan.

I dint have any idea that extra GB would be charged at Rs 6000 to 7000,

(also

i am not in a position to afford it)

i would have greatly appreciated if i had received a call informing me when my

gprs charge was going extremely high.

normally i look for msgs from Airtel under the tag of 121, 247.

the "AD-Service" msg din't intimate me that it was a airtel msg.

The 121 msgwhich i received on 16/2, is what intimated me, but by then the

bill was already generated.

Also the first AD-Service msg sent to inform me about the charges was just 4

days before the bill was generated on 9/2 and by then gprs charge was

already

31 times over.

called to check the issue on 19/2 to know further, and also sent mails to airtel appellates

Requesting You to please help me out in resolving the issue.
