Egarding airtel broadband

Hi Team,

I have airtel broadband connection.my landline number is o8o42283168.This is not working from 29th april i have intimated to the customer care about this and my complain number is 45814576. From 29th atleast 2-3 times i am calling them but no action they have taken till now. the same line they are saying "i can understand your problem, by tomorrow max it will be resolved." so its cheating they are making me fool. now i want rebate or concession for how many days my internet is not working. so please do the neeedfull.
