Fraud in billing

I have filed an account termination request for my account 15902071 in April. They still have not stopped billing of my account. Moreover, when I paid the last bill through internet, my account was debited thrice for the same amount. Now, they are not giving the money back saying the bill amount has been adjusted.

Kindly, stop billing of my account from the day I have filed a request (or within 7 days), and give my money back.
